“Atomic Habits will change your life!”
You’ve probably heard of books that will change your life. And numerous readers agree that James Clear’s book Atomic Habits fulfills that promise.
Clear is an expert on the formation of habits. His book Atomic Habits is a No. 1 New York Times bestseller. It has sold over 15 million copies and has been translated into more than 50 languages.
Why is it so popular? The book proposes an effective system for creating good habits and eliminating bad ones. Readers everywhere have latched onto Clear’s “science of tiny habits.”
In chapter one, the writer recommends striving to get one percent better each day. For example, you’d like to exercise but don’t think you have the time or energy. Clear suggests starting with two minutes a day. Over time, the effects of this habit will increase as you repeat the actions. He calls these repeated actions “atomic habits.” “All big things come from small beginnings,” says Clear.
